Services We Provide

Puentes Painting LLC ("the company", "we") provides residential and commercial painting services, including interior and exterior painting, stucco repair and painting, elastomeric coating, popcorn ceiling removal and new texture, drywall repair, wallpaper removal, kitchen cabinet painting and refinishing, trim and door painting, deck and fence staining, garage floor epoxy coating, pressure washing, rotten wood repair, and support services such as color consultation and surface preparation. We do not provide electrical, plumbing, roofing, or any other trade that requires a separate state license in Florida.

Estimate and Contracting Process

Every project starts with an estimate request by phone or through the online form. We schedule a free on-site visit to evaluate the work and provide a written estimate. The job is scheduled once the client accepts the estimate and signs the corresponding contract.

Deposit Policy

A deposit equal to 40% of the total project value is charged when the contract is signed. The remaining 60% ("the balance") is charged upon completion of the work.

Cancellation Policy

The client may cancel the project at no cost up to 48 hours before the scheduled start date. If cancellation occurs after work has begun, the client will be charged for materials already purchased and labor already performed up to that point.

Refund Policy

If contracted work ultimately does not take place, the deposit is refunded in full within 10 business days.

Warranty

We offer a 2-year warranty on the workmanship of every completed project.

Geographic Service Area

We provide service in Bradenton, Palmetto, Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, Parrish, Longboat Key, Anna Maria Island, St. Petersburg, Venice and Ellenton, Florida.

Pricing

Prices are determined individually through an on-site estimate and vary based on the scope, size and specific conditions of each project. We do not publish fixed rates or an automatic price calculator.
